ICMA® (Institute of Certified Management Accountants) recently announced the winners of its most recent awards for both the CMA® (Certified Management Accountant) and CSCA® (Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis) exams.

CMA Exam: English

Of the approximately 7,000 individuals who took the CMA exam in English during the September/October 2018 testing window, the following professionals were recognized for their exceptional performance:
  • Maaku Wamar Saito, of Carcar City, Philippines, received the ICMA Gold Medal for achieving the highest exam score.
  • Almer Inigo Alfonzo Bonzon, of Makati City, Philippines, received the ICMA Silver Medal for achieving the second-highest exam score.
  • Sijia Dai, of Huangpu, China, received the ICMA Bronze Medal for achieving the third-highest exam score.
  • Patricia Louise Anatalio, of Mandaluyong City, Philippines; and Fan Zhao, of Aurora, Ill., both received an ICMA Certificate of Distinguished Performance.
In the student category, Marc Angelo Samson Sanchez, of Quezon City, Philippines, earned the Priscilla S. Payne Outstanding Student Performance Award for receiving the highest exam score as a student. The following students were awarded a Student Certificate of Distinguished Performance: Francyne Jean Mangalili Corpuz, of Manila, Philippines; Charissa Mae Severino Espinola, of Arayat, Philippines; Louella Rances Pantorgo, of Quezon City, Philippines; and Lahaira Amy Cayog Reyes, of Manila, Philippines.

CMA Exam: Chinese

Of the more than 16,000 individuals who took the CMA exam in Simplified Chinese during the November 2018 testing period, ICMA recognized the following professionals for their outstanding performance:
  • Luoping Yu and Haiyan Zhang received the ICMA Gold Medal for achieving the highest exam score.
  • Yanhong Tong received the ICMA Bronze Medal for achieving the third-highest exam score.
  • Chao Feng and Chengou Huang received an ICMA Certificate of Distinguished Performance.
In the student category, Jiaye Zhu earned the Priscilla S. Payne Outstanding Student Performance Award for receiving the highest exam score as a student. The following students were awarded a Student Certificate of Distinguished Performance: Yue Bai; Yin Wang; Siqi Yang; and Cui Zhang.

CSCA Exam

Of the individuals who took the CSCA exam during the September 2018 testing window, the following were recognized for their outstanding performance:
  • Michael L. Mullen, of Monroe, Conn., received the CSCA Gold Award for achieving the highest exam score.
  • Kimberly A. Foreman, of Canandaigua, N.Y., received the CSCA Silver Award for achieving the second-highest exam score.
  • Andrea M. Farr, of Houston, Texas, received the CSCA Bronze Award for achieving the third-highest exam score.
“The CSCA credential provides solid grounding in the specific discipline of strategic planning, offering an excellent complement to those CMAs who want to extend their knowledge in this area,” commented Juras. “Congratulations to these award winners who performed so well and are committed to enhancing their skillset.”

The next testing window for the CSCA exam is in March 2019, and the deadline for registration is March 15, 2019.
