You can help these students stand out as they graduate by nominating them for a CMA Scholarship, which allows motivated students the opportunity to pursue their CMA certification at no cost.
To date, more than 9,000 students globally have earned a CMA Scholarship and more than 1,000 universities around the world have participated in the program. In total, IMA® (Institute of Management Accountants) has awarded more than $14 million (USD) in scholarships since the program’s inception.
All IMA academic members are eligible to nominate up to 10 students per university per academic year. Students must attend an accredited college or university and must be nominated by a professor (no self-nominations are accepted). IMA accepts applications year-round.

- Entrance fee to the CMA program
- Exam support package with retired exam questions and a glossary of terms
- Registration fees covering both parts of the exam (additional fees will apply for retakes)
