On 5 November, IMA CEO and President Jeff Thomson, CMA, CSCA, CAE, shared his thoughts and observations on the impact of digital transformation in the value chain on consumers and businesses at FH Steyr – University of Applied Sciences in Austria. He answered questions about which skills will be important for professionals in controlling and finance in the digital age.

The topic of “The Future of Finance and Accounting: Thriving in the Digital Age” attracted more than 100 students, who had many questions related to their future as CMAs and how to stay relevant in a digital age.
