WHY
IMA will host its Women’s Accounting Leadership Series, an innovative, inspiring, and informative forum for professionals in accounting and finance.

This unique event will feature presentations, panels, and engaging discussions on how to navigate opportunities to improve career success. Topics to be discussed include emotional intelligence, unconscious bias, and ethics.

The event will feature executives from IBM and Mazars USA, academic leaders, and New York-based women leaders from various industries.

An added feature included in this year’s event will take place on Thursday, April 23 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at EY Times Square. There will be a screening and discussion of the movie “All the Queen’s Horses,” which investigates how a city comptroller was able to steal $37,000 a day for two decades. The screening is free and open to Women’s Accounting Leadership Series attendees, and New York metro-area business professional but requires preregistration. Participants can register here.
