Congratulations to the Outstanding Performers on the CMA Exam

ICMA® (Institute of Certified Management Accountants) recently announced the winners of its most recent awards for the CMA® (Certified Management Accountant) exam in both English and Chinese.

CMA Exam: English

Of the individuals who took the CMA exam in English during the September-October 2022 testing window, the following were recognized for their exceptional performance:

  • Dr. Prasart Jongjaroenkamol, CMA, CSCA, of Singapore, received the ICMA Gold Medal for achieving the highest exam score.
  • Sarah Mansueto Balisacan, of Cebu City, Philippines, and Marc Siegfried Loyola Caperlac, of Norzagaray, Philippines, received the ICMA Silver Medal for achieving the second-highest exam score.
  • Nerissa Gongora Tabon, CMA, of Montalban, Philippines, and Aniel Paul Castillo Tolentino, of Angeles City, Philippines, received the ICMA Bronze Medal for achieving the third-highest exam score.

In the student category, Brandy Via, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, U.S., earned the Priscilla S. Payne Outstanding Student Performance Award for receiving the highest exam score as a student.

Of the individuals who took the CMA exam in English during the January-February 2023 testing window, the following were recognized for their exceptional performance:

  • Christopher Cody Forrester, CMA, of Brooklyn, N.Y., U.S., received the ICMA Gold Medal for achieving the highest exam score.
  • Rica Mae Opindo Albiso, of Toledo City, Philippines, and Denmark Lucanas Dichosa, of Ormoc City, Philippines, received the ICMA Silver Medal for achieving the second-highest exam score.
  • Joyce Marian Garcia Dela Cueva, of San Pablo City, Philippines, and Billy Rey Bautista Reyes, CMA, CPA, of Paombong, Philippines, received the ICMA Bronze Medal for achieving the third-highest exam score.

The following individual was awarded a Certificate of Distinguished Performance: Bernise Mendoza Catuncan, CMA, CPA, of Nasugbu, Philippines.

CMA Exam: Chinese

Of the individuals who took the Chinese language CMA exam in the November 2022 testing window, ICMA recognized the following for their outstanding performance:

  • Hongjie Qiao, CMA, received the ICMA Gold Medal for achieving the highest exam score. 
  • Shuang Gao, CMA, received the ICMA Silver Medal for achieving the second-highest exam score.
  • Yujuan Guo, CMA, received the ICMA Bronze Medal for achieving the third-highest exam score.
  • Li Cao, CMA, and Xiaojuan Wu, CMA, received an ICMA Certificate of Distinguished Performance.

In the student category, Xiaobo Zheng earned the Priscilla S. Payne Outstanding Student Performance Award for receiving the highest exam score as a student. The following students were awarded a Student Certificate of Distinguished Performance: Caili Hu; Yunpeng Liang; Qindi Zhang; and Yongji Zuo.

Of the individuals who took the Chinese language CMA exam in the April 2023 testing window, ICMA recognized the following for their outstanding performance:

  • Jie Xie, CPA, received the ICMA Gold Medal for achieving the highest exam score.
  • Qing Cai, Ge Zhang, and Baicun Yang received the ICMA Silver Medal for achieving the second-highest exam score.
  • Yingjie Fu received an ICMA Certificate of Distinguished Performance.

In the student category, Jiajie Zhang earned the Priscilla S. Payne Outstanding Student Performance Award for receiving the highest exam score as a student. The following students were awarded a Student Certificate of Distinguished Performance: Qingxuan Ba; Yongyu Lu; and Zengwen Qiu.
