IMA? (Institute of Management Accountants) recently announced that seven new colleges and universities have earned the distinction of IMA Higher Education Endorsement. These schools have been recognized for their support of students and preparing them for successful careers in management accounting and pursuing and earning the CMA? (Certified Management Accountant) certification.

Since February 2021, the following schools have earned the distinction from three countries:

  • Drexel University (Philadelphia)
  • Florida A&M University (Tallahassee, Fla.)
  • University of the District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.)
  • Northern Arizona University (Flagstaff, Ariz.)
  • Al Ain University (Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates)
  • Lipscomb University (Nashville, Tenn.)
  • The British University in Egypt (Cairo, Egypt)

To date, more than 100 colleges and universities?institutions in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Oceania? have been endorsed under the IMA program. Al Ain University, a longtime IMA partner, earned the distinction of the 100th endorsed university in IMA?s program in August 2021.
