Here’s a teaser of what you can expect from keynote speakers Greg and Tyler:

Greg, on what you need to do to reclaim your voice in your organization:

Your focus really should be on “how can I add value that’s valuable?” – adding value isn’t just having an opinion. The people who have garnered the most respect in organizations have historically been the ones who are constantly adding value when they open their mouth or show up to a meeting. They’re the ones who see what could be good, rather than what is currently the problem. Incidentally, they’re often the ones who speak the least. Someone smarter than me once said “tis better to remain silent and thought a fool, than to speak and remove doubt” – so focus on adding value, not just having an opinion, and you’ll do just fine!

Tyler, on what his time at Theranos taught him about corporate fraud:

A lot of systems need to fail in order for a fraud to grow as big as Theranos did: board members, investors, regulators, partners, employees, and the media. If any of these groups truly does their job, then Theranos doesn't happen. Yes, Elizabeth Holmes engineered these systems to fail, but there is still a shared responsibility.
