Giveaway Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the giveaway hosted by IMA (Institute of Management Accountants "the Organizer"). By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility:
1.1 The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

1.2 The giveaway is open worldwide, with the following exceptions: Employees, contractors, and affiliates of IMA Team, are not eligible to participate.

For legal reasons, entrants are not permitted from the following locations: Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, Czech Republic

2. Entry Requirements:
2.1 To enter the giveaway, participants must follow the instructions provided on the competition announcement post on Instagram.

2.2 Multiple entries from the same participant will not be counted. Each participant is allowed one entry.

2.3 All entries must be received by the closing date, which is 29th October 2023 at 11:59 p.m.

3. Prize:
3.1 There will be one winner for this giveaway. IMA will collect the winners information to create an account where the free certificate will be available.

4. Instagram Disclaimer:
4.1 This competition is in no way affiliated with Instagram. It is an independent promotion by IMA (Institute of Management Accountants).

5. Cash Alternative:
5.1 There is no cash alternative offered this giveaway.

6. Notification of Winners:
6.1 Winners will be notified via private message on Instagram. Please be aware of scams. Messages will come from https://www.instagram.com/imaglobal/.

7. Publicity:
7.1 By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow the Organizer to use their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to the competition, without additional compensation or prior approval.

8. Privacy:
8.1 Any personal information collected during the course of the giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy.

9. Disqualification:
9.1 The Organizer reserves the right to withhold the prize(s) awarded in this giveaway from any individual or participant if, in the Organizer's sole discretion, there is reasonable cause to believe that the participant has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any fraudulent, unethical, or unlawful activities related to the competition. The Organizer's decision in such matters shall be final and binding.

10. Amendments:
10.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend or withdraw the giveaway and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

11. Governing Law:
11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
