The Financial Reporting Committee (FRC) and The Small Business Financial and Regulatory Affairs Committee (SBFRC) of IMA® (Institute of Management Accountants) submitted a letter to the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) to express views on their proposed auditing standards dealing with the auditor's report.
