Eric Lenard is the vice president of finance for Johnson & Johnson’s (J&J) Global Services Finance organization in New Brunswick, N.J. Lenard began his career at Procter & Gamble in his hometown of Cincinnati, where he worked for seven years before joining J&J in 2004. Since then, he has held several financial leadership roles in J&J’s Ophthalmic Pharmaceuticals, General Surgery, and Orthopaedics franchises and corporate treasury. He spent three years as the CFO for J&J’s start-up surgical robotics and digital business in Silicon Valley, Calif., before assuming his current role in 2022.
Lenard has been an IMA member since 2006, when he earned his CMA and CFM certifications. This is his first term on the IMA Global Board, where he will serve on the Strategic Planning Standing Board Committee.
Lenard graduated from The Ohio State University, where he earned his BSBA and MBA in finance.
