Promoting Work-Life Balance From The Top Down

According to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Better Life Index, the United States ranks 29th for work-life balance among OECD member countries, eighth from the bottom. As more millennials join the workforce, there’s been a greater outcry among employees for increased balance, with even the White House joining the cause. Last year, the Council of Economic Advisers released a report on the importance of work-life balance and its positive impact on both employers and employees.
