Exam Switch Form

To change your exam window, you cannot have a scheduled appointment with Prometric. If you do have a scheduled exam appointment with Prometric, you must first cancel that before requesting a change to the next testing window. There is a limit of 1 exam window switch per exam part.

Note: The switch fee will be temporarily waived for members in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan due to the current conflict in the Middle East.

Requesting a change will switch you to the next testing window (i.e. January/February window changes to May/June, May/June changes to September/October, September/October changes to January/February). Testing windows cannot be skipped. Exams cancelled within five (5) days of scheduled date will result in forfeiture of exam fee.
