IMA is seeking an experienced, versatile developer who will engage with the user experience team to make technical visions a reality. The candidate will collaborate with other developers and various solution stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs/solutions and technology platforms. The ideal candidate must be comfortable and experienced in the latest web developing software and platforms and highly proficient in the full spectrum of front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in web content management and analytics tools. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimal travel required.
IMA is seeking an experienced assistant to support IMA’s President & CEO, the VP of Governance & Volunteer Relations and IMA’s Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of administrative experience or 5 years of administrative experience with a college degree. This position requires a proactive individual with energy, good attitude, strong organization skills and work ethic. The individual must be able to understand the importance of confidentiality and the ability to be a trusted partner with entire senior leadership team. Past experience at a non-profit organization preferred but not required. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required and ability to travel up to 4 times per year to assist with IMA’s annual conference and board meetings.
IMA is seeking an administrative assistant to handle a variety of customer service and administrative tasks, such as responding to emails, preparing letters, running reports, entering data, confirming CPE and student member status, and other tasks as required. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of similar experience in a corporate environment and an Associate or Bachelor’s degree. This position requires a detail oriented individual with intermediate Microsoft office skills.
Digital Experience Marketing Specialist
IMA is seeking a Digital Experience Marketing Specialist to join our Brand team. This position will have an important role in the tactical implementation and management of digital marketing programs and campaigns working to further enhance the online experience we deliver to our audience. Responsibilities include implementing marketing and UX campaigns across IMA’s various digital platforms, supporting ongoing content management strategies on digital properties to provide an exceptional online experience and monitoring performance measures to identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using enterprise class content management systems, understanding of Google Analytics, experience with e-mail and community platforms such as Real Magnet and Higher Logic, have familiarity using AMS/CRM systems such as Personify and Salesforce.com and knowledge of web and email marketing best practices. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with 2+ years of digital marketing required. Association experience is preferred.
