Di Wu is interim department chair and associate professor of accounting at California State University-Bakersfield. Dr. Wu’s teaching interests include cost accounting, managerial accounting, financial accounting, and data analytics; his research interests include executive compensation, corporate social responsibility, and applications of Big Data and data analytics. Dr. Wu also cofounded a biotechnology start-up company and has provided consulting services to various businesses.

Dr. Wu previously served on the IMA Member Relations Standing Board Committee and is currently a member of the IMA Governance Standing Board Committee. He also serves as the 2020-2021 president of the Wild West Council.
