 he Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) five commissioners voted on October 22 to expand the four principles of Internet Neutrality, known as the four freedoms, to six formal rules. They will seek public comment on these draft rules over the next 60 days and then will move to codify all six.

Study Shows Financial Services Hardest Hit by Fraud
