Page/document size:
Should be the trim size of the publication: 8.125" X 10.75". If there is a bleed, it should extend .125" beyond the trim.

File requirements:
PDF/X-1A compliant. Images used must be high resolution, do not downsample. Include crop marks and bleeds. Embed all fonts. Color must be CMYK, not RGB. No spot colors.

QuarkXPress (6.0, Mac platform) files are also accepted. All images and fonts – Type 1 Postscript, only – must be included.

Proofs:
Supply a 100% digital contract proof such as Kodak Approval.

Color:
All color is CMYK. PMS colors must be converted to CMYK.
