William F. Knese is currently Chair-Elect of IMA's Board of Directors. Mr. Knese’s management accounting career spans 30 years. A seasoned, ethical, energetic and effective financial executive, he has comprehensive finance and accounting experience in both corporate and operations financial management at publicly held and privately held companies. He joined Angus Industries in 2000 as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer.
In 2004, he was named Vice President, Finance and Administration and is responsible for finance, accounting, tax, audit, risk management, ESOP, legal matters and the Corporate Secretary function. Prior to joining Angus, he served in a number of financial management positions in treasury, corporate and subsidiary controllership and internal audit at a multi-national and multi-facility NYSE company. He began his career as an auditor with a Big 8 public accounting firm. Mr. Knese holds a BA and an MBA and is a CMA, CFM, and CPA.
