IRS' Proposal for an Additional Medicare Tax

The Small Business Financial and Regulatory Affairs Committee ("SBFRC") of the Institute of Management Accountants ("IMA") submitted a letter to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to express views on their proposal for an Additional Medicare Tax and its impact on Small Business Entities.
