PCAOB Proposed Auditing Standard - Communications with Audit Committees

The Financial Reporting Committee ("FRC") of the Institute of Management
Accountants ("IMA") submitted a letter to the Public Company Accounting
Oversight Board (PCAOB) to express views on the Board's proposed auditing
standard related to Communications with Audit Committees.
