Our members face the challenge of helping their organizations adapt to and manage today’s considerable changes by providing both strategic leadership and professional skills. Our members in turn ask IMA to help them become valued contributors to their organizations, which range from small and midsize companies to multinational enterprises, not-for-profits, governments, and academic institutions. We do that by placing members firmly in the center of our universe. We actively listen to their needs and provide solutions to a range of challenges: how to bridge the talent/leadership gap; how to manage growing enterprises; and how to address a host of technical issues such as risk management, sustainability, internal controls, financial planning and analysis, costing, regulatory reporting, and more.
